- You will then receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder as well.
- Click the confirmation link in the email to complete your registration.
- Choose a password for your account.
Please ensure that you register at least 24 hours before the auction begins. If you register later, we unfortunately cannot guarantee your participation in online live bidding for technical reasons.
Request Your Credit Limit for the Upcoming Auction
- After registering on our website, please log in.
- Request the credit limit you would like for the online live auction. Even if you have set a limit for one of our previous auctions, this step is still required.
- As soon as your credit limit has been activated, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This may take a few minutes.
Please note that your credit limit defines the maximum amount up to which you can bid. The limit cannot be changed, renewed, or exceeded during the auction.
Bid Online in Real Time
And now you’re ready to start. Simply log in on the day of the auction using your account details and place your bids. We recommend using the Chrome browser, as it generally offers the best performance. If Chrome is not yet installed on your computer, you can download it for free using the link below.
One important note: If your screensaver activates during online live bidding, please avoid using the “Enter” or “Space” keys to deactivate it. Doing so may accidentally place a bid.
